4. National Anthem
The first episode of Black Mirror’s first season was, in a word, unexpected.
The ingeniously written episode starts with the prime minister receiving a video message saying that the princess, Sofia, has been kidnaped and will be killed. There’s only one way to prevent it from happening and it would be broadcasting on live television the sexual intercourse between the Prime Minister and a pig. Along the 1 hour lasting episode, important discussions regarding the matter are brought up: how the prime minister’s wife is going to handle such exposition, the pressure of the Queen, the public’s opinion and how  his act is more of a political performance than a selfless action.
The episode is breathtaking, cliffhanging, and awakens on the public an urge to discuss important topics of our society such as technology, politics, sociology and modernity.
National anthem is definitely, a must-see episode of a must-see TV serie.

Gone with the wind
Nope, it’s not on Netflix, TV channels haven’t broadcasted it in decades, and despite its 10 Academy Awards, this movie is definitely not on the public’s eyes (anymore). If you’re part of the 40+ age group, I believe it’s not necessary to go over the reasons why Gone with the wind is one of the greatest silver screens’ masterpieces, but if you, as many, haven’t even heard of it, stick around and make sure your heart is ready to fall in love with the best story of all times.
The movie was released in 1939, only 3 years after the book written by Margaret Mitchell which led to its production. Both the book and the movie were massive successes thanks to the geniality in the plot and Sacrlett O'hara, Gone with the wind's powerful and strong willed character.
The plot revolves around Scarlett, a drop-dead beautiful young woman from the south of United States who lived in the 1860's - civil war period. 
Scarlett was one of the most wanted bachelorettes in her city, but while men queued to have a chance to spouse her, he only had eyes for Ashley Wilkes, a distant cousin who lived in the neighbor farm. 
When the beginning of the war is announed, Ashley reveals he's marrying Melanie, his sweetest cousin, before departuring as Confederacy's captain. Enraged and willing to make Ashley jealous, Scarlett marries her sister's boyfriend - who ends up dying at the war. 
As a young and rebel widow, Scarlett meets Capt. Rhett Butler at a party, a very provocative man who admires Scarlett's feistyness and strong-willingness. Rhett falls for her but she despises him. 
Scarlett ends up living in Atlanta, with aunt Pittypat in order to stay closer to Ashley. She becomes - against her own will - a nurse for the confederate soldiers and for Ashley's wife, Melanie, who's going through a very dangerous pregnancy. After the Yankees destroy Atlanta, Scarlett delivers by herself Melanie's baby and decides to take them and Prissy, a slave, back to her homeland, Tara. Rhett is called to help them cross the war. 
Back to Tara, Scarlett finds herself i terrible sheets. Her family's planting fields had been partially destroyed, her mom had died, her father had went crazy and dellusional and her 3 sisters were almost dying because of tiphoid fever. Hungry, resourceless, and havig to take care of a crazy father, three ill sisters, a weak woman and her newborn baby, Scarlett became the woman of the house and restored her family's land. She healed her sisters, took care of her dad, took care of the baby, strengthened Melanie, protected her land from the Yankees and managed to pay the absurd taxes upon her property. 
Running out of money to pay the taxes and maintain her land after her dad passed away horseback riding, Scarlett refused Rhett's financial help and married Frank, her other sister's fiancè in order to manage his lumber business. 
Having become a powerful and rich business woman and, again, a widow, Scarlett stops fighting against Rhett's love and admits she feels things for him too. They end up getting maried and living a very luxurious life. Within a few months they have a baby, Bonnie Blue Butler, and Scarlett proves herself more of a business woman than a mother. Unfortunately, the girl, who was very fond of her father passes away at the age of 4 while horseback riding, just like her grandfather.
 Scarlett and Rhett's relationship is terribly affected and their situation gets even more complicated after Scarlett's miscarriage. Amidst the misfortunes, Scarlett finds herself loving Rhett more and more, but she never gets to show him her love because he leaves and never comes back after finding out Scarlett still kept Ashley's photos in her drawers. 
After losing several husbands, the love of her life, her children and her whole family, Scarlett abandons her luxurious home and returns to Tara to try to bring Rhett back, but keping in mind the most important thing she's got in life is the land which he inherited from her father and all the work she had done to maintain it. 
Even though recent critiques consider Gone with the wind a misrepresentation of slavery and the male characters misogynistic, the movie is a silver-screen masterpiece due to the handmade scenario, incredible costumes, and atonishing performance of the actors. 
This epic is definately a must-see.

( 4 supporting topic 3 ) On the other hand, many vegetarians believe that eating meat is not only unnecessary but also unhealthy. We can easily grow plants that give us all we need in our diet, moreover there are numerous shops which provide supplements that substitute meat.

Maybe it is our natural instinct inherited by ancestors that forces us to seek this type of food, however, it is undeniable, that meat is rich in vitamins and protein, which help to build muscles and bones.

Alpha and Z generations on YouTube: how vulnerable are they?
            In September, Google was fined by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to pay U$ 170 million and change its politics in order to protect children’s privacy on YouTube. According to allegations, the company tracked the viewing histories of children so it serves them ads, which violates the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Now, with the politics changes, kids content channels won’t be able to select the ads shown in their video and they’ll have limited engagement options. The decision brings the discussion: how influenceable are Alpha and Z generations (90’s and 2010’s children)?

According to researches, these kids spend over five hours a day watching videos on the platform, which is way over the recommended by specialists (about two hours per day). It’s also revealed their favorite contents are cartoons, slimes and toys related videos. A Statista.com data reveals the most popular children-themed YouTube channel in the world is ToyPudding TV, with about 23 millions subscribers. Their content is based on toys unboxing with an adult receiving something new and showing how cool they’re and where they can be bought. In other words, the channel’s video is basically a ten-minute ad.
This kind of video creates wishes that aren’t real on youngsters, which their cognitive abilities are still in development. A video showing a huge doll collection is absurdly harmful, since kids don’t understand their needs.
However, YouTube has a parental control system, called YouTube Kids, which can define what kind of content will be shown and how long someone can stay watching the platform. But it can easily be violated by influencers who can change their channel’s label. For example: in order to be considered a kid targeted content, the video must be labeled as a children themed one and has to have infantile matter tags. But this doesn’t always happen, whether intentionally or not, if the steps are not made correctly, the tool won’t understand and will define the video as a different content and for different ages.
Therefore, the decision of being more cautious on the kids’ related information spreaded online is precisely important so that youngsters won’t be exposed to harmful content, not only on YouTube but all the internet and media. The parents need to be attentive to what their kids are consuming and putting restrictions and not relying on websites politics, that are easily deceived and not trustful at all.
