Don't crucify yourself for your past mistakes instead try to learn from it. Even at this stage I am still processing that so don't get pressured. Enjoy the flow of time and meet a lot of people to ease yourself. You'll feel a lot of emotions but I don't think I have the power to change that because that is life. First of all, I just want you to know that I’m so proud of you. Take your time being young. Do something that makes you happy. And don’t worry about life right now. Enjoy yourself being a kid. Watch documentaries, history and science but don’t spend too much time on computer so you won’t get bad eyesight in the future. Just play all you want with friends like outdoor activities to help your physical growth, learn new things, run around like a butterfly, have fun! Also, be confident in everything that you do because sooner or later the confidence will help you attract many opportunities which you might’ve imagined. Lastly, eat lots of healthy foods like vegetables. Be conscious of your health. Oh! I almost forgot.   Hey buddy! You're still so young so don't put too much pressure and don't expect anything to people, just enjoy. You don't have to impress someone, you're just making yourself feel useless if they didn't get what you expect from them. You should impress yourself more often. I know you, You always give everything to people you love not knowing you forgot about yourself. You're patient to other people but you don't have any patience  left in you. Remember that you also exist,you matter, please love yourself more. You're doing good honey, I'm proud of you. I hope you would also take care and think about of yourself more, not just for the others. Focus on yourself sometimes to keep yourself sane. It's easy to feel uncared for when people aren't able to communicate and connect in the way that you need.

It's so hard not to internalize that silence as a reflection on your worth, but the truth is that the way other people operate is not about you.

Most people are so caught up in their own responsibilities, struggles, and anxiety that the thought of asking someone else how they're doing doesn't even cross their mind. They aren't  inherently bad or uncaring, they are just busy and self-focused and that's okay.
