Even the most modern and best equipped WWTP can give good results only if it is operated by the trained personnel.

By investing in the sustainable WWTP operator training (f.e. role model ÖWAV in Austria) great impact could be achieved in environmental protection in WB6 countries. In terms of investment the cost/benefit ratio would be very high.
