Trying to move a person an inch (not a mile) and understanding that some people really might have good intentions but they don't have the tools to make change.  Core values of a school should align with how we deal with discipline. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I especially liked the part where we talked with Diana and she talked about Accountability/Permission/Support. It's important to know what you have/don't have from admin and address each. I also appreciated that she emphasized the importance of bringing people along making incremental change and making switches of positions when necessary to help people align their values with their position to have a good fit.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
