I have learnt that Muslims must pray five times a day and they can pray either at home or at the Mosque.
A question I still have is what are some similarities between Islam and other religions such as Christianity and Buddhism.

i learnt that muslims pray alot more than we do and they have to do it in a certain direction which is a bit weird but its their own choice and i back that

i learnt that they try to visit the fith pillar at least once in a lifetime and that they also pray in a certain direction

I have learned that Muslims pray in a Mosque which is a Muslim place of worship and the prayers are led by a man known as Imam.

I would like to know if Muslims have to pray consistently 5 times a day or can they take a break every once in a while for different occasions?

Oliver Stevenson.I have learnt that Muslims pray 5 times a day: the morning prayer is prayed an hour and a half before sunrise. The noon prayer is when the sun is at its highest peak. Afternoon/early evening prayer is between noon prayer and evening prayer. Evening prayer is when the sun sets. Night prayer is an hour and a half after sunset.

I have learnt that Muslims pray 5 times a day. I have also learnt that their place of worship is called a mosque and a man called an Imam leads worship there.

I would like to find out about the significance of Praying in the direction of Mecca.

I have learnt that Muslims are required to pray 5 times a day in their place of worship called a Mosque. I also learnt that Muslims have a special procedure to prepare for the reading of the holy book of Islam called Wudu.

I would like to know what the significance of praying 5 times a day is and why they have to pray at specific times of the day?
