Campus leadership and faculty need to have a greater investment in participating in DEI training and need to take the precepts of DEI seriously when it comes to violations by its ranks. Punitive measures are not necessary, but a pointing out of violators for awareness is.

We need to start looking at existing policy and starting writing new policy specifically related to DEI. A lot of people do not have to understand the lasting impacts of being microaggressed. It happens to students and it happens to employees. This affects our mental health and physical health.

The PCC Portal is not as accessible as it could be for students. Having access to the Student Handbook, Rights, and the various Complaint forms would better serve students if they were easily found in the portal, either on the Dashboard or Student tabs.
