The Shared Responsibility approach is generally more effective long-term because it spreads the burden, encourages inclusiveness, and mobilises multiple sectors. However, it works best when backed by a strong government framework that guarantees fairness and prevents inequality from widening.

advantages, stronger safety net for vulnerable groups. Can reduce deep inequality more directly. This shows that the Shared Responsibility approach is usually more effective in managing socio-economic diversity, as long as the government provides a strong foundation. Hence, the government ensures fairness, while society adds flexibility and support.

the government financed approach can be more effective because it ensures equal access to resources for everyone. for example, when the government funds healthcare or education, even low income people can benefit. this reduces inequality and helps people have the same opportunities. so, government financing is important in promoting fairness in socio economic diversity.

however, the shared responsibility approach can be more effective because it involves both the government and the community. like, businesses, and individuals can support programs like food drives. this can spread the workload and use more resources to help more people. hence, shared responsibility can create stronger cooperation and lasting support for socio-economic diversity.

both ways are good but using them together will be better. the government support with peoples help this will make a managing a socio economic diversity effective.

the government financed approach is effective in managing socio-economic diversity. The government in Sweden provides healthcare services like hospital care, medicine and dental care are publicly funded. All families are covered by a medical protection scheme. Children living in Sweden can claim up to 2466 Swedish kronor which is about 330 Singapore dollars in a year.from 2019, dental care cost are free for local residents up to the age of 23. dental care from 24 years os subsidised

the government shared responsibility approach is also effective in managing socio-economic diversity. In Singapore, the government subsidies for essential services. Preschool subsidies are also in place to ensure children have access to quality education regardless of their family background. From January 2020, lower income families earning 3000 and less per month pay 3 dollars per month at preschool centres funded by the government. The government also put in place various housing grants or rental housing scheme to ensure housing opportunities are kept affordable.Singapore government adopts multiple tiers of protection that subsidies to reduce cost and Medifund to help those who cannot afford their medical bills

In conclusion the shared responsibility approach is more effective than the government financed approach in managing socio-economic diversity. Because in the long run when the government continues to heavily subsidise the citizens education, healthcare, housing and skill training, there will be high tax rates and the citizens will need to pay more money. In Sweden the highest income earners in Sweden pay income taxes of 57.2% there is also the value added tax which is like Singapore GST which is 22%

a government-financed approach is effective as the government has the financial resources and authority to enforce nationwide policies. with government funding, programs such as education, healthcare, and housing can ease the burden of lower income people. for example, in sg, schemes like the hdb flats and medifund ensures that citizens from different backgrounds still has access to essential needs such as housing and healthcare. thus, a government financed approach can reduce socio economic gaps more quickly and on a larger scale.

however, the shared responsibility approach is also effective as it involves the society, private sectors, and individuals has to work together to address socio economic diversity. when everyone plays a role, it creates a sense of ownership and reduces over reliance on the government.

for example, non-governmental organizations and companies in Singapore carry out Corporate Social Responsibility projects, such as scholarships and skills training programs for the less privileged. thus, this approach helps to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.
