         <description><![CDATA[<div>PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) occurs when someone has been through a traumatic event and exhibits symptoms such as feelings of hopelessness/shame/despair, depression, anxiety, trouble sleeping, reckless behavior, withdrawal and more for more than a few months. It is typically seen in war veterans, but any person at any age can get it. Other causes of trauma include death of a loved one, childhood trauma, and more.
