         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ok, so, I made a delicious very berry smoothie (my own recipe!) which is healthy and easy to make. Here’s the recipe:<br>A handful of frozen summer berries (i bought mine from Tesco)<br>A small glass of apple juice<br>Three medium spoonfuls of blueberry or raspberry yogurt<br>A tspn of golden syrup<br>1. Chuck the berries in first then the yogurt, apple juice and the syrup in a blender and blitz till a nice thick smooth consistency .</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I got this amazing quick and easy chocolate banana breakfast smoothie from the myfussyeater website which has given me loads of ideas for some super tasty (and simple) smoothies! But anyway here’s the recipe:<br>A glass of milk<br>A banana<br>2 tblsp oats<br>4 ice cubes<br>1. Add all the ingredients into a blender apart from the ice.<br>2. Once you have blended the other ingredients add the ice in two at a time and blitz.<br>3. Decorate with a sprinkle of oats and a slice of banana </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have gone crazy over this lunch idea, it is so tasty and so simple it has blown my mind! Here’s the recipe:<br>1 whole-grain wrap<br>A big slice of ham<br>A small bowlful of grated cheese<br>1. First cut the wrap into quarters<br>2. Spread the ham and cheese out equally onto each piece<br>3. Roll the wraps up and press hard to seal<br>4. Get a medium sized frying pan and place all wrap quarters onto the bottom (no oil needed)<br>5. Toast the wraps until a golden brown is covering each side<br>6. Serve whilst hot and with a salad</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is now my regular breakfast, it has literally changed my life. Here’s the recipe:<br>Blueberry yoghurt<br>A banana <br>A handful of healthy granola or Tesco strawberry crisp<br>1. Slice the banana and put quarter of it at the bottom of a tall glass or jar<br>2. Sprinkle some granola or whatever you’re using on top and then spread the yoghurt over that.<br>3. Repeat steps one and two until the glass/jar is full. <br>4. Sprinkle with granola and place a sprig of mint on top.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is the sunshine orange smoothie which I got from the myfussyeater website. It is my mum’s personal favourite! Here’s the recipe:<br>A banana<br>An orange<br>Some plain yoghurt <br>A drop of vanilla extract<br>4-6 blocks of ice<br>Some orange juice<br>1. Blend all the ingredients together apart from the ice<br>2. Blend until smooth<br>3.</div>]]></description>
