There are many ways Vietnamese people usually greet anothor people in daily days by the way saying ‘ hello’ ‘what’s up’ or calling out their informal hierarchy pronounces as chú cô anh chị or simply by shaking or by facial gestures such as making eye contact and nodding. Actually, I always shake hands toward my friends and younger people as a sign of greeting, while I show my respect to elder people by calling their name out formally. About shaking hands, I prefer a firm handshakes to the light one. Because a firm handshake increases accuracy and reliability in the words between both parties as well as showing respect towards speaker or listener.

In the business, Vietnamese people usualy exchange the business card as the formal way to maintain the relationship and contact to their partners. The nature of any career requires us to keep a good interaction with customer so we always prepare few business cards exchanged at the end of each deal. Normally, the customer also give their own bussiness cards in return to us or sometimes We actively ask for this if necessary.

Alma is a resort it’s not a hotel. This place has a lot of good services. The resort located 28km from to Nha Trang, nearest international airport Cam Ranh is 9km. Alma was built along the sea. So it’s a great place, cool, comfortable, wonderful scenery. Because you can just walk on the beach in morning or at night. You can see the sunrise and sunset. You can ever camp at the beach from dusk till dawn. We enter the alma gate, the receptionist gave us a warm welcome. They thoughtfully guided us step by step, led us on a tour of the place. They sent bell service to carry our luggage up to our room. We book a double room with a queen size- bed. My room is on the 13^th floor, number 223. If you stay for one night, it will be 3 m vnd, and if you include a package of 2 day and one night, it will be 9 million vnd. From the minibar, it’s have soft drinks, soda, cocacola, beer, mineral water.

Alma has a wide range of services. Besides, they have swimming pool, sauna, golf course, and entertainment are for children, library, gym, park,….. From the facilities, they have elevator, air conditioner, customer support phone, free wifi, television, restaurant. when you enter the room, everything is in order, the towels are full, nothing is missing, so I don’t ask for anything. We went to Nha Trang city and we stayed at Paradise hotel last months. We got there by motorbike. We stayed in a double room for two and about 400 thousand VND for 1 night. Last month, I went to Ba Ria Vung Tau city for vacation with my friends. We chose the good looking hotel called “Jupiter Hotel” - which was located on Hoang Hoa Tham street. The location was kinda good, it easy to found and it had a lot of coffee store around. We went to BR-VT city by car and we went straight to the hotel. There was 4 people of us so that we rented two Double Rooms. A double room has two single beds, a television, an air-conditional, a minibar. There were two bedroom, three bathroom and a kitchen in a double roomwas very convenient, it had a lot of things we could use for free. There was a lot of carbonate water in the minibar and many snack on the top of the minibar that we could use for free.
This hotel was extremely convenient, they had almost important services such as pool, sauna, laundry service, babysitting service but we just used pool and the laundry service.
