when I was making the poster presentation, because I have done enough research for my poster, I did not feel the incoherence and the lack of confidence in speaking English. Which meant practice and confidence are the basic elements of improving oral English. I did not spend time organising words to avoid grammatical error. That confidence helped me promote my friendship with my classmates from different countries.

Academic writing requires objectivity, logic, and evidence, this becomes clear after I learned academic writing. I feel confident in both speaking and writing now. My previous writing experience will benefit my academical writing. However, my writing speed is slow, I need to practice more, so I am expecting to do my individual research in the future.
