A ghastly day on a winter night 

Lays a boy with an enormous fright  

The boy’s head swarming with thoughts 

Decides that the night should end with what he thought was right… 

 

A warming bottle of wine 

And a bottle of pills that will lead to his incline 

The boy takes a swift jug and swallows with swiftness 

Soon it will foreshadow his decline… 

 

The night starts with a warming feeling of joy 

Turns out that it was just a silly boy 

The pills kick in and the boy feels bizarrely medicated

Sick to his stomach the boy resists the urge of vomiting on the toys… 

 

What is this feeling saying the dying boy, with small regret

 The night terrors consuming with the cold sweat 

The boy closes his eyes 

Accepting that he may be engulfing in his death net … 

 

The boy with final thoughts accepted his death

Nothing, not even a regret 

He thanks God for the life he lived 

And never wakes up only laying on his last breath.
