We can still use our normal drought saving techniques, but the Sun will just get so hot that Earth may become too hot for us to live. That said, there is still a way.

Certain astronomers are trying to find alternate planets for us to live in. If this comes up, Mars or another planet may become our primary living planet. And, it may be a stretch, but we could get some water from Europa.
