It’s surprising that some students still act like this when we’re supposed to be in a professional learning environment, not a playground. College—or any higher education—should come with maturity and respect for others.

What they see as 'just jokes' or 'harmless teasing' can actually hurt someone’s confidence or mental health. Words can stay in someone’s mind long after they’re said

It’s ironic that some students are here to learn and prepare for their future careers, yet they can’t even practice basic respect for others.
