The shoreline is mostly made up of Native reed, cattails. The vegetation extends roughly 5 feet before transitioning to grass. Signs of Frogs, Ducks, Geese, and other birds have been present. The water looks tainted, and the surface water looks clean. Their is several forms of Algae and submerged vegetation in the water. Native reed, cattails surround the small pond as well, and extends outwards anywhere from 5-50 ft before the vegetation type changes. There is no bank erosion present, and the water is still. There is tracks that show wildlife has been present. There is also evidence of frogs, ducks and geese. Muskrats have been sighted in recent years and cattails show evidence that muskrats could be present in the area. The water is tea colored, and their is a few floating aquatic plants. This might be because there is less competition for vegetation. But on the next chart talking about Protozoa and dinoflagellates, large pond over rules by far.
