It’s not always easy to create them, and it will probably take some work editing them down to the three to five main insights that will help you drive toward solutions. 
Imagine your brain is like a small paper bag that can only contain a small number of ideas at any time. If you had to summarise any essential information or understandings from your research what would they be?

STEPS:
1. Everyone must add 4 ideas that they think everyone must know about the group's issue and our target audience. Must be short and concise as you don't want to overfill that paper bag. Add these ideas by double clicking on the right hand side.
2. As a group discuss which statements are similar so could be grouped closer together.  Group leader could add useful "heading" posts for groups. Can we combine any posts to create a totally new improved post?
2. As a group discuss which ideas are important and which ones are less so. Allow the group leader to move the posts around in order of importance. Sift through our statements and discard the ones that don’t directly relate to our challenge.
3. Now try rephrasing the top 5 insights as short and very clear statements. As short as you can get them without losing too much information. You might combine a few ideas to make one insight.
4. Once you are happy with your insights take a SNIP of your insights and add this image to your group SWAY. Give it a heading card: INSIGHT STATEMENTS.
