Blackboard's preview function is awful. With multiple files and text submissions, it is better to download and organise the order of a single submission.
Blackboard does not allow teachers to leave comments on a submitted file and resend it to a student directly. Students can only check the overall grade, so they have to ask teachers later to learn or to correct.
Leaving comments in each student's assignment is time-consuming, so Floop has a comment bank to save and reuse previous comments.
Teachers need to check students' emails regularly to clarify their misunderstandings (before) and answer their questions (after). They have their unique features and therefore not interchangeable.

Formative has great flexibility. Teachers can add contents like text block, video and docs and ask different types of questions, and students can see their answers (not just a short word / multiple choice answer) in real-time.

Classkick let students show their work in real-time on the web/pad (drawing on a pad is ok!) and teachers can give instant feedback too.

Floop allows teachers to give qualified feedbacks (put their feedbacks in the right position) while saving their time with a feedback/answer bank. Besides, it includes an instant messaging service so that students and graders can interact in real-time (and of course, if you finish the grading, you can close Floop 30 minutes later, to conserve your own private time).
