         <title>A piece of information I learned from chapter 9 would be the Parenting Styles on page 304 in section 9.4 Social-Emotional Development. This information would be best to learn because it will list the different types of parenting styles and make you think about how you want to raise a child if you plan on having one. </title>

         <title>The score I got from the Self-Motivation Quiz said that I’m doing ok on my self-motivation, but I could achieve much more. In Chapter 11, section 11.2 Motivation and Behavior on page 366 talk about tips for increasing motivation. There are four motivation tips Emphasize intrinsic reasons for behaviors, limit extrinsic rewards, provide appropriate rewards, and just do it. The two tips that I think will help me achieve more would be to emphasize intrinsic reasons for behaviors and just do it. </title>

         <title>Rather than think about what others might think and try to impress them. Instead, I need to think of myself and tell myself that is this what I want. Another tip is just to do it, I need to stop making excuses and thinking that thing is too hard to do. The first step in anything is the most difficult but when you keep at it eventually it will become easier to do. So just keep at it and you will succeed.</title>

         <title>The score I got from taking the Self-Confidence Quiz said that I’m learning from every experience I go through and not letting go when things get tough. The MindTools website talks about the topic of building self-confidence. There are four sources of self-efficacy, the one that will help me the most would be Emotional status. Emotional status is when you stay positive when you feel like giving up and being positive about the challenges you face will help you to overcome them. </title>

         <title>A piece of information from chapter 13 that I feel is the most important is on page 422 in section 13.1 Understanding Psychological Disorders from chapter 13. This information talks about the common myths about psychological disorders and one of the myths stick out to me the most is that “Mentally ill people are often dangerous and unpredictable” because before I taken this class I thought that this was true. </title>

         <title>That mentally ill people are unpredictable, and you never know what they will do but that not true it a fact that they pose no danger to you or themselves. The reasons why people may think that mentally ill people are dangerous is from the media by portraying them in a bad light and in movie that we have watch growing up. That why never always believe what you see on the media to be true until you do your research on it for yourself.</title>

         <title>The one most interesting thing I learned about from taking this class is on page 95 in section 3.2 Stress Management. When reading this section, it gave the resources to help to relieve stress and to help with manage your stress. What I found the most important is that exercising is a great way to relieve stress and you will feel better for getting in shape. Exercise can also help with anxiety and how you sleep at night. </title>

         <title>Stress is everywhere and it can’t be avoided but by finding a way to deal with that stress in a health way can help we feel better and not fall ill from being over stress. There are a lot of unhealth way of dealing with stress by smoking, drinking, and overeating but by changing those chooses with health one. Just by changing those unhealth chooses by just listening to music or going for a run will improve your health and over all your wellbeing. </title>

         <title>Another interesting thing I learned would be in chapter 1 section 1.1 What is Psychology? On page 5. On that page talks about the modern Psychology seven Major Perspectives. The one that stick out the most to me is cognitive because knowing how to improve on how we process and store and retrieve information is very interesting. </title>

         <title>What did I like about this course is that the course provided a list of what the assignment we will be doing in class the due date. Another thing I also like was the friendly reminder when assignment is due by sending the student email. From doing that we can see that the Professor really want their student to succeed. </title>

         <title>I was very grateful about the friendly reminders because everyone is human and sometime people forget but getting those reminders really help me thank you. What did I dislike about this course is that the time on the test or quiz feel very short. For me I have to reread the question a few times to full understanding on what it is asking of me and know that there is a timer make me feel stressed thinking to myself that I won’t finish on time and failing the test. </title>

      <item>
         <title>What would I change would be the time on the test depend on how many questions that are on the test should determine on how long you have to answer them. Like for a 45 question test it should be two hours from this it will make the student less stress and that they can take more time to fully understanding the question before answering it. </title>

         <title>When they can fully understand the question can they learn more about the subject. Overall, I have learned a lot from this class. When i did my oral exam and meeting you for the first time you ask me about how I was doing and how is working at amazon. That caught me a little off guard that you remember that I work for amazon and form there I learned that you read every discussion board or assignment. </title>
