To be frank Adam, you reall do need to find something to do on your leisure times. I agree of the idea of you finding new hobby because it is better to spend your time with something that will benefits you anf even the people around you. Your hobby also defined and build the type of person you are. As hobby also need discipline for you to make it works.

I find gardening is bored and I know you very well that you are to irresponsible to start your own garden. As for painting it just aint your things to do. I suggested two hobbies that will benefits you and help you grow as a person. Since you start working on your body at the gym, why dont you start doing calisthenic workout? An influencer on Tiktok do share the benefits of calisthenic to everyone who already start workin on their body like it grow self-esteem as doing such a workout will give you peace that no one can bother. If you think calisthenic workouts are too heavy for you mybe you can try watching K-Drama. I bet you seeing someone right now. You dont want to be look as someone who is bored on the first date. You can reuse some scenes that you watched on K-Drama and remake it to your significant other. Watching K-Drama also help you to learn Korean's interesting culture .

This is just my humble opinion but i think you should watch movie as your new hobby or maybe start to bake.After all you are a sweet tooth type of person i ever met.

To be honest,I find gardening is just too boring and I might need to think twice before makes gardening as my hobby.If you ask me,I'll say that reading is much more fun than gardening or painting.By reading,you can feel more chill since it doesn't need a lot of movement that can make you feel tired.Also,reading can bring you a lot of joy because you can play with your own imagination.Not only that,you also can make playing badminton as one of your hobby.Reading is good but if you want something that can make you sweat,you can try to play badminton.Playing badminton can help you to keep your body healthy.

In my opinion,you should try yoga and pilates as your new hobby.It’s because both yoga and pilates improve physical health by increasing flexibility,strenght,and balance.They also promote mindfullness,stress relief,and mental clarity,making them great for overall well-being.Not only that,you also can try painting or drawing because engaging in visual arts helps express emotions, relieves stress, and boosts creativity. It’s a great way to unwind and feel connected to your inner artist.

In my opinion, gardening is a bit boring. Moreover, it is quite difficult to take care of plants properly if one does not have the skills in gardening.The plants need to be watered every day and fertilized regularly.Besides that, the idea of starting a new hobby like painting is also quite boring. This is especially true if you are not very interested in painting.I suggest two interesting hobbies that are suitable for you to fill your free time.You can start a new hobby by reading books.
