Work/Study/Life balance. I have 4 kids, oldest being 12 and youngest being 4. One however presents some extreme and difficult behaviour making life in general quite tough.

Expectations: I wish to better myself as a leader and manager, enhance my writing, reading and thinking ability, expand my experience and knowledge and become better at recognising when things are not quite right in a team/organisation at an early stage.
Fear: I also have the fear in that my time management might become my enemy as working full time and juggling family life can be challenging.
Hope: I hope i meet the criteria and pass successfully - I Hope!
