This was created by uploading pictures, a GIF, and a voiceover.

I used the site: Luvvoice: Free Convert Text to Speech Online, No Word Limit

to generate an AI voice. Then I downloaded the mp3, placed it in Capcut for editing (which produced an mp4 file). After that, I had to convert the video back to an audio mp3 file to insert as a voiceover. The final step was to publish teh PowToon and share it to YouTube so that it can be viewed.
