I definitely see the benefit of students working together to solve a problem, however mandating that every student be confused about 2 different things a week was something I struggled with. While tutors take notes on the students trf and if the student needs help the tutor tries to lead the student in the right path to the answer but without giving them the answer. The students job is to complete the trf and give a good presentation to the group and try to get a better understanding about the poc.
