What makes my team special is their creativity and openness to collaboration. Whether they are designing interactive digital posters, debating solutions for environmental issues, coding simple apps, or writing essays that connect literature with scientific discovery, they approach every challenge with enthusiasm. Many of them are active members of our English Club and eTwinning Club, where they learn not only to express themselves in English but also to use language as a bridge to innovation and international teamwork.

Our group thrives on cross-curricular projects. We enjoy linking science experiments with storytelling, turning mathematical concepts into visual art, and exploring how technology can amplify our voices in global conversations. For example, some of my students have created interactive resources on educatieinteractiva.md, others have joined international virtual exchanges, and several are involved in creative competitions that allow them to shine on both national and international levels.

Most importantly, my students are global citizens in the making. They are eager to connect with peers abroad, learn from new perspectives, and contribute ideas that matter. Through our collaborations with Peace Corps volunteers, America House Chișinău, AISE Moldova, and international partners, they are constantly inspired to dream bigger and to see their small village in Moldova as part of a much larger global community.

I see them as future innovators, communicators, and problem-solvers. Each project we take on is not just an academic task but a chance to practice teamwork, leadership, and empathy. With every activity, they prove that learning is not confined to textbooks but is about creating, experimenting, and inspiring others.

We are Quantum Five, a passionate team of five students from Colegiul Național Alexandru Ioan Cuza in Galați, Romania. Representing class 11B, we share a common interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and believe in the power of knowledge, creativity, and teamwork. The team’s diverse abilities and approaches to learning make “Woltz” truly remarkable. Its members have actively participated in Erasmus projects, various Olympiads, and numerous eTwinning initiatives, thereby demonstrating their strong commitment, curiosity, and determination to excel.

As part of an ASPnet UNESCO school, our students are actively involved in sustainable development projects, enhancing their critical thinking, creativity, and cooperation skills.

The most recent challenge embraced by some of our students is participation in the SHORE project, a European initiative that provides grants and resources aimed at increasing ocean literacy and restoring the health of oceans and waters.

Our phisics teacher, Mrs. Faur Cristina , is a passionate and dedicated mentor. She encourages us to explore science in a creative way and always motivates us to think critically and ask questions about the world around us.

Our computer science teacher, Mrs. Magdalena Grigore, is innovative and enthusiastic. She helps us develop our digital skills and inspires us to use technology as a tool for solving real problems. Her guidance gives us confidence to explore coding, robotics, and new ideas.

Together, under their guidance, we combine science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics to create projects that are both innovative and useful.

We decided to call our team “InnoVision” – a creative name that represents innovation and vision for the future, which are at the heart of STEAM.

We are team Quantum Five, and for our STEM Team Challenge we made a Cardboard Automata!

We had so much fun turning cardboard into moving machines. This project let us explore gears, levers, and creativity all in one! It’s amazing how simple materials can make such cool movements.

In our game, you control a character moving through a dynamic environment while collecting coins scattered along the path. 💰 The goal is to react quickly, avoid obstacles, and gather as many coins as possible before reaching the end. 🚀

Through this project, we explored game design, user experience, and creative problem-solving while building a fun and energetic concept. 🔧🎨

This video presents an example of video storytelling based on a real scientific discovery. It focuses on marine scientists who explore the deep ocean and discover new species.

Our group analyzed the story elements, such as the protagonists, the hook, the conflict, and the message, to show how storytelling can be used to communicate science in an engaging way.

According to the experiment, Coca-Cola contained the highest amount of sugar, as it was represented by the largest number of sugar cubes compared to the other drinks.

• Were you surprised by the results?

Yes, the results were surprising, especially because drinks like iced tea and fruit juice are often considered healthier, yet they also contain a significant amount of sugar.

• What would you recommend to friends based on your experiment?

Based on this experiment, I would recommend that my friends reduce their consumption of sugary drinks and choose healthier alternatives such as water or unsweetened beverages. This can help prevent health problems caused by excessive sugar intake.

Turning milk into plastic involves heating 1 cup of milk, stirring in 4 teaspoons of white vinegar to separate the curds (casein protein) from the whey. After straining, drying, and kneading the curds, they form a moldable, biodegradable plastic that hardens over 2 days. This casein plastic can be colored, shaped, or used with cookie cutters.

This video demonstrates the entire process of making plastic from milk.

In this experiment, we mix milk and vinegar to create a biodegradable material made from everyday ingredients. 🥛➕🍶 By heating, curdling, and shaping the mixture, we transform milk into a solid, plastic-like substance. 🔬♻️

Through this project,we learned how simple reactions can lead to real-world solutions. 🔧🌱

In this experiment, we studied different beverages and calculated the amount of sugar each one contains using science and math 📊🔬. By comparing these drinks, we discovered how sugar levels vary between products people consume every day.

Our results showed that:

Frutti Fresh contains 18.5 g of sugar 🍊

Fuze Tea contains 22.5 g of sugar 🍑

Aloe Vera drink contains 25 g of sugar 🌿

Gola contains 52.5 g of sugar 🥤

Pepsi contains 55 g of sugar 🖤

Mountain Dew contains 62.5 g of sugar ⚡

Through this project, we learned how simple calculations and scientific analysis can reveal important information about nutrition and health 🧠🍬. This helped us better understand the impact of sugary drinks and the importance of making informed choices. ♻️🌱

The students of IPLT Hyperion had a creative February, during which we explored and interpreted the legend of the Mărțișor through various activities. The children were very creative, expressing their ideas beautifully through art, storytelling, and hands-on projects. It was truly inspiring to see their imagination and enthusiasm. March 1st arrives with light, hope, and new beginnings. We wish you a wonderful spring filled with joy, inspiration, and meaningful moments. May this new season bring growth, happiness, and many beautiful achievements.

In this project, we organized three different activities. First, we talked about our own classroom, and we have asked a few students about their opinion regarding the classroom. Second, we explored unusual or interesting things found in different schools around the world. Third, we shared our likes and dislikes about different schools. 🏫

Through these activities, we learned that every school and classroom is different, and students can have very different opinions about their school experience. 🖊✒️

Each piece was meticulously made by hand, blending tradition with the creative spirit of our team. It is our way of celebrating the arrival of spring and showing appreciation for the mentors who support our journey in science and technology.
