Admins are pulled to leadership day and as far as we know every school in the district has to pull there LST staff to TOC because of it. Leaving students having to pay out of pocket for tutors if they can afford it to make it up. This is not how public education should be run. No other groups could meet in these circumstances with a lac of TOCs to cover. It leave teachers scrabbling to make other plans for their IEP and other students and parents asking why these leadership meetings come before their child's learning and why their not rescheduled.
