One of my most favorite jobs where I learned a tremendous amount about customer service is when I managed a small department and staff at Southern California Reproductive Center in Beverly Hills. During my role as a Manager I learned the importance of serving clients, building raptoire/ relationships across the board and learned that overall customer/patient satisfaction is the key to success.

I am described as very charismatic, funny, thorough, efficient, compassionate and attentive to details. What I've learned over the years is you can teach someone eager to learn new tasks, but what you cannot teach, is how to work hard, morals/ values...
