1. Would there be more micro study concerning the issues on rural labor migration? I understand the panel study is at the regional level, therefore quite broad. Like what trainings are needed?  Specific recommendations would greatly help

2. In relation to the need for more details, I'd like to know how is agricultural worker determined? Using the LFS (with a short reference period) to know about the agricultural workers may not provide a nuanced picture. There is a study on agricultural workers at PIDS which says that a portion of agricultural workers do diversify their work.
