Opportunity Assessment: A series of progresses to evaluate a innovative idea. It includes two parts. Macro-environments: politics, economy, society, ecology, law and technology. While the Micro-Circumstance has relationship of society, knowledges, skills, effective materials, awareness in some extent and personal details(Bourdieu, 1986, Anthias, 2013).
