In the middle of Ha Noi of Vietnam, there lays the “green pearl”sword lake. Formed thousand years ago, this lake is full of legendary myth and spirit of the entire Vietnamese. The name “sword lake” comes from a myth of the king. Long ago, our country was being menace. Scared of being attacked, ly cong uan found a mysterious sword. When he use it to fight the enemy, he won. Years laters, when he was sailing on the lake(that time was pretty big), a turtle greeted him. He return the sword to the turtle, then he named the lake “sword lake”. There are many wonderful place in the world but the most special place that I like is Ha Long. Ha Long is a special place in Quang NInh and that the place that had been UNESCO recognized. Ha Long had been my aunt homeland and by looking at the place we can see a lots of wonderful things there. History said that Ha Long actually beach name Bai Hau. Ha Long had been created on the dynasty of Nguyen. Ha Long Bay has existed since ancient times due to geological formations. However, in the consciousness of the Vietnamese people since prehistoric times, with their folk imagination and the concept of the Dragon and Fairy ancestry, some legends suggest that when the Vietnamese first established their nation, they were attacked by foreign invaders. The Jade Emperor sent Mother Dragon with a group of Baby Dragons down to the mortal world to help the Vietnamese fight against the enemy. The enemy's ships rushed ashore just as the group of Dragons arrived in the mortal realm. The Dragons immediately breathed fire, burning the enemy ships, while some released precious gems to form a towering stone wall, causing the enemy ships to crash and break apart, halting the advance of the foreign invaders.

In the XVI century, Nguyen Lords had settle Quang Nam province for a long time and Hoi An Ancient Town had become a great selling place that attract tourist from other countries. There is Chinese, Japanese, Dutchman, German,... merchants came to open shops or to do business. Around that time, the first kind of Quang-style noodles was created. Then later on, it became the noodles that we know now.

Quang-style noodles don't have a certain time to eat. We can have it at breakfast, lunch, dinner or even in small meals. But honestly, you should try it at lunch to see how good it is when you have eaten many bowls of it and are full. So many people had love it since the first taste. This food is famous because of the characteristic taste, the variety of ingredients and the deep cultural of Quang people.

Overall, Quang- style noodles is still famous now and in the near future with it specific taste, looks and ingredients.

Shrimp Cake doesn't have a certain time to eat. you can eat it anytime, anywhere you like, but mostly, it is eaten at lunch or breakfast as a side-meal. this was popular due to it's unique flavor of shrimp, flour and the sauce, being one of the most favourite food in Vietnam. it also shows the layers of history developing throughout the years since French colonial.

in conclusion, Shrimp Cake will and still be popular with it's stand-out flavor among the others with it's unique ingredients .

IN my opinion I like Pho Bo because it have beef in eat also has meat in it so I just enjoy eat because of that. Let me tell an example, I usually go to the nearby house to eat pho because there made the best pho I ever ate. But my mom try me to eat the disgust pho that she made. At the end I think that Bun pho is a traditional food and today stiil the famous food in Vietnam and it is hard to find in other country. Uwith is tasty ingredients we can find it everywhere in Vietnam.

Speaking of England, many things come to mind. While other the like the London bridge is just a site, fish and chip holds a cultural meaning. A perfect mix of culture, influences and consider as a classic British dish.

In fish and chip, there is the fish which is usually haddock, podlock or cod, and only take the white pallet. Also must be skin and boneless and fresh although frozen works too. It likely comes from the Jewish immigrant in London during the 19th century. The chip part also, is the “American fries” or people all agreed that these come from Belgium. The combination of these two is perfect, a real magic of taste.

the nicer and fresher the milk you use, the better the cheese is. you should buy milk locally and make cheese in the same day. it's the freshest milk you can get.

Step 2: Acidify the Milk

you can use vinegar to acidify the milk acidity. This process leads to cheeses such as ricotta and mascarpone. The other way to acidify the milk is to add cultures, or living bacteria. you can use the bacterias inside yogurt, but it may not be as effective. the best way is to let it warm outside, letting the bacteria getting it inside naturelly

Step 3: Add a Coagulant

for this, you can use a coagulant named rennet. coagulant will link the milk particles together (or i say make it "cool"). it can be from plants, too. it might be sap from a fig tree or a milk thistle.

Step 4: Test for Gel Firmness

with enough time, the milk will from the liduid state into a gel. you can test by pressing your hand into it, but i prefer using a chopstick more

Step 5: Cut the Curd

the gel like subtance is called "curd". cutting it will result in small chunks, which is needed in the process. the smaller pieces of the cheese is, the drier (and more ageable) the cheese will be

Step 6: Stir, Cook & Wash the Curd

For the next several minutes or even hour (depending on the recipe), you'll stir the curds in the vat. you must turn on the heat and cook the curds while you stir. During this time, the most important thing that is happening is acid is continue to develop inside the curd. The more you cook and the more you stir, the drier your cheese will be. Washing is the process of removing some of the whey from the vat and replacing it with water. This creates a milder, sweeter, more elastic cheese.

Step 7: Drain the Curds

for this step, you'll need a piece of silk, place it on top of the vat and wait for about 10 minutes. in this 10 minutes, the curds will sink down to the bottom, creating a space with only "water". you can possibly take out the silk and use something to take the water out. after, you'll see a curd wheel formed at the bottom. make sure to take it out, because it will be cold and fall apart

Step 8: Salt and Age the Cheese

once the curd is taken out, you can add salt ( it will prevent any bacterias from outside) properly acidified and has the correct amount of moisture inside, it can be aged into something more complex. Or it can be eaten immediately, which the same moment it was made.

I think sport is better than video games for several reasons. First of all, sport help improve our muscles, bone and stamina. Video game, on the other hand, can also reduce stress but come with a great price. It causes obsession, anxiety or poor sleep. So, in conclusion, I think that we should spend more time outside playing sport than inside playing video games.

When we lay football, basketball or even just run, our bodies get stronger and we feel more energetic. Moreover, doing sports outside gives us fresh air and helps us relax our mind after studying. However, video games usually make us sit for hours, which can hurt our eyes and back. Therefore, I believe outdoor sports are the healthier choice in our free time. Image that we are playing video games, after playing video games for too long, we even forget to drink water or move around, which is unhealth. In conclusion, video games can be fun, but they often bring health problems such as eye strain, poor posture and lack of sleep. On the other hand, outdoor sports make our bodies stronger, improve our mood and keep us active. Therefore, I believe outdoor sports are the healthier and more useful way to spend free time.

Cheating is normal, but it is unfair. It makes other normal people feel being badly treated bad. As a result, people will lose. Sometimes the cheaters will get consequences for their actions. But sometimes, they don’t,. which makes sports not live doesn’t lives up to its name.

Firstly, cheating is bad because those people can’t do well which means they SUCK. Although it is ok to not do well, you can still do the better things to get a prize fairly. Secondly cheating makes the game unplayable or unfair. When cheated, all of the progress people make will be erased because of the cheater.

People cheats for many reasons. Some are goods, some are bad. They cheat due to a desire to win at all costs, driven by factors like financial rewards, prestige, and intense competitive pressure,....

"Cheating is a choice, not a mistake", you can chose not to cheat but some people just want to win and treat other badly by cheating, letting them a higher opportunity to win.

In my point of view, cheating is bad and we should not do it. We can win or lose without cheating but that is not the most important thing. What's important is being true to yourself and learn from mistakes. If you have to chose between cheating and not, what will you chose?

Spending a day at the beach in Da Nang was one of the most relaxing and memorable experiences of my life. During a family vacation to central Vietnam, we planned a full day to enjoy the famous My Khe Beach in Da Nang. We had heard about its white sand, clear water, and peaceful atmosphere, and we couldn’t wait to see it for ourselves. We arrived early in the morning when the sun was just rising over the sea. The sky was painted with soft pink and orange colors, and the waves gently lapped at the shore. I ran into the cool water with my siblings, splashing and laughing as the waves rolled in. After swimming, we built a giant sandcastle and collected colorful seashells. In the afternoon, we had delicious seafood at a beachside restaurant—grilled squid, fresh shrimp, and cold coconut water. As the sun began to set, we took a peaceful walk along the beach, watching the sky turn golden and hearing the soft sounds of the waves. That day at the beach in Da Nang made me feel calm, happy, and close to my family. It was a perfect day, full of fun and beautiful memories that I’ll always treasure.
