Nobody really seems to care about the motion case. During Petrocelli's speech, she calls Steve a monster. The first witness, Jose Delgado, says that he discovered mr. Nesbitt's body after 4:35 and he said that 5 cigarette cartons were missing. The next witness, Salvatore Zinzi, that he was at Riker's Island where a Wendell Bolden who said that he knew a story where there was a holdup and that he turn them in for a break. He also said that he got 2 cartons from the guy. They were separated from white people: they weren't allowed to eat at the same place, they couldn't go to the same restrooms and they less importance in front of the law.
