grime music video is through the costumes and locations. In a typical grime video the artists are mainly seen wearing dark clothing and known brands such as The North Force and Nike. The dark clothing that we are seen wearing in our music video connotes a mystery and power.







The typical grime video is also seen in dark locations which adds to the overall
atmosphere of the video which is why we chose to film one of our base tracks in a car park and multiple estates. Here are artists are also seen wearing known brands such as and Nike and the north face which is worn by Dave and AJ TRACEY, by wearing the same brands as these well known grime artists; it engraves us in the same light as them. By looking at our music video you can immediately tell it is a grime video.

Another way we also challenged the conventions is by filming certain base tracks in luxury places such as the Barbican which is one of the most expensive places in the world.
