         <description><![CDATA[<div>Reflection sheets were discussed and the best way for students to reflect with meaning on their efforts. Do we do it in HG? Do we make it more specific to subjects? Decided it could be more specific if done for subjects rather than across the board. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. All seem happy with the process, it has been clearly communicated.<br>2. Handbook has been helpful, a good guide for the lower levels, however the steps of the upper level steps four and five are not clear, what is the process. The outcome must be communicated and fed back to subject teachers.<br>3. Self reflection is a positive step, but needs more specific direction and students require involved supervision, for example perhaps involve Tarnya to assisting in the restorative process. The use of them has to be authentic. Overuse of the reflection sheet could trivialise the effectiveness<br>4.&nbsp;Share good practices. -<br>5.Report protocols-- It have gotten clearer.  </div>]]></description>
