She is in the Democratic party. Clinton is the wife of Bill Clinton, he was the 42nd President of the United States. Hillary helped create the State Children's Health Insurance Program in 1999. Hillary was elected in 2000 as the first female senator from New York.  Clinton was also a Secretary Of State in the Obama administration, from 2009 to 2013.
