The Nights we spend remembering these moments is ho we stay young. Through the video you see to guys making memories. The son being the blond one is spending as much time as he can with his father and making memorizes. When Avicii sang this he wanted people who haven't realized their time in life is limited to see that and make the most out of it.

The father has credibility because he is an older man who has spent as much time as he could have while having a wild life. You only live once and the father has all ready lived his youth. Now he is telling his son to spend it like he did by making things worth remembering.
