No, I do not believe that Class 4 students should return to the classroom because there are too many variables. Of course, we should find ways to make sure that our students are ready for this year's exam but are 4 weeks enough to do any sort of good for them? 
Some schools would not have started teaching some of the subjects before school was suspended and 4 weeks is not enough to teach all new subjects

Unfortunately some parents were laid off and now have no means to purchase the equipment.  Government has been seeking to source equipment which has been a challenge and also an additional expense.
