First we got the male character who seems to be a lawyer (We doesn't know is name) and a little girl named "Anna Fitzegerald".
2)This little girl is asking help for "the lawyer" because she want to had her rights from her body.
3) The male character believe's at first that the girl came for sexual harassement from her parents
4) The male character seems to be bored. 
5)The girl's is determined 
6)Anna is in a situation where she needs to give something different for saving her older sister life
7)An heir it's a reference to the sister of Anna who she is giving her blood and other things. A spare  it's reference to Anna.
8) I really don't know what i would do if i where in main character's shoes because i will hesitate with the fact of save my sister and give her the chance of living more longer or lost my sister and got my body's right. I think i would choose my sister before myself.
9)Anna still got doubt from her decision, a litlle of sadness.

Molly's parents decide to give birth to Adam, the young brother, for save her sister life. Molly was the first child to be cured by pré-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD).
Adam was him the first baby selected as an embryo because he was an "ideal transplant" candidate for his sister (It was a bone marrow transplant). That was for the parents "the only chance to save their daughter". They wasn't expect her to live that long.

 I am writting this letter because i want to give you my opinion about myself and i also want to talk about Kate. Actually it's too much for myself and i can't support anymore the fact that i being used independetly for my sister. I have the sensation that i just born not for had a life, who's supposed to be mine but for giving it all life to my older sister. When i want to talk with you mom, you just ignored me. After i gave my cord blood , my cells, my kind of "lymphocytes", a transplant of bone-marrow and a lot of others things , i think i can get the decision from myself to choose if i want to give or not something from me for my sister.
