Coed Darcy will hold up to 10,000 residents, the houses will offer a wide range of types including smaller properties for first time buyers to four bedroom family homes all will be set in a beauitful landcape overlooking the coast. The homes will take alot of inspiration from welsh arhitecture but will also have modern living styles. Coed Darcy will have three neighbourhoods that will be linked together by village greens, play areas and  winging lanes so that it gives the community a village feel. Shops, schools, park will be built within walking distance from homes inorder to create a perfect community.
