One of my leadership weaknesses is self-motivation. Sometimes I am not motivated to do different things. If leaders are not motivated themselves, they cannot expect others to Ben motivated and if you are a leader people look up to you and watch what you do so they can tend to not be motivated.
2. Another one of my leadership weaknesses is decisiveness. If it has something to do with picking something it usually takes alot of thought and time for me to decide.
