Going to Mexico - June

I always go to Mexico in the summer since I was 6 years old. I love going to Mexico with my family because there are so many things to do there. When we go to Mexico we go to Michoacan Morella. My favorite part about going to Mexico was when my whole family went to a fiesta and I had lots of fun. We arrived at 3 PM and left around 11 because we wanted to watch the fireworks. There were a couple of rides and I went on all of them with my brothers and cousins. I went on this ride that flips you upside down and I was so scared but, my little cousin was going to get on, so I did too. In the end, my brother 2 cousins and I went on a Ferris wheel and it was so cool because all you could see was the people and the lights. After the rides, we got something to eat. After we watched the fireworks and went home.

Victoria Gardens - August

This was one of my favorite days in 2024. We did lots of fun stuff that day. My family went to eat breakfast at Denny's and it was my first time trying it. After that, we went to the mall and I got a new pair of shoes. We went home and got ready because my cousin invited us to their house to swim in their pool. We spent a lot of the day there. After we went to the bass pro shop. That was fun because the store is cool inside. My brothers and I went to the top floor because they had a game where you could shoot with fake guns. After we went to get ice cream. We got home at around 10:30 and I fell asleep right away.

Fresno - August

I love long car rides and I went on a couple last year. I like this one because we left early in the morning and my other brother didn't go so we had the middle seat free, so we had more space in the back. The car ride was 4 hours and we had many stops. The first stop that we made was to get breakfast and we stopped at IHOP. After 2 hours we stopped at the gas station and I got goldfish. The rest of the ride I was watching Netflix on my phone. Once we got to my tio's house I fell asleep in their guest bedroom. When I woke up my parents got pizza and I ate and went back to my room and watched TV. At 8 in the night, we went to visit my other tio because he lived down a couple of streets and that would be the last time I would see him because, in a couple of weeks, he would pass away. After we went back to my tios house and I was on my phone.

Santa Barbara - September

One of my favorite places that I visited was Santa Barbara. My family and I went to Santa Barbara because it was a three-day weekend and we had nothing else to do. We went to Fresno and straight to Santa Barbara. That was a really good car ride. On our first day there we just stayed in our hotel and slept because we had been on the road for so long. When we woke up we went to this Cafe that was next to our hotel to eat our breakfast. I decided to go back to the hotel to take my shower while my family was still eating breakfast. After my shower, I got ready for the day because our hotel was right in front of the beach. When we finished getting ready we decided to go for a walk. We went to so many cute stores and I got a sweatshirt. After a while, we rented bikes and rode them on the beach and that was fun. After that, we went back home and changed so we could go out for dinner. We went to this pizza place and it was so much fun and had cool decorations inside. After that, we walked back to our hotel and we fell asleep because in the morning we would have to come back to our home.

Movie theater - November

During 2024 I went to the movie theaters a lot. My favorite time was when I went with my cousin. We went to see Terrifier 3 and I had a lot of fun. Me and my cousin don't hang out a lot because she's from Mexico. we went to watch this movie at around 9:00 p.m. We didn't know what we wanted to watch right when we got to the movie theater she saw that one so we watched that one. I didn't want to watch it because I had seen the other terrifier movies and I didn't think she would like it. We ended up watching it and during the movie, we would always look at each other because stuff would happen. there was a lot of Gore in there. Terrified 3 was more gory than scary but it was still a good movie. After the movie, we had a sleepover and it was just a good day.
