It is with the greatest respect and humility that I greet all members of our Government College Lagos Old Boys Association [GCLOBA]. All Protocols delightfully observed.

Further to the mandates bestowed upon GCLOBA Interim Council; [ "GIC"] to conduct a "Review and Amendment Exercise" of the Constitution of the Government College Lagos, Old Boys Association; to Arrange and Conduct the next Elections of GCLOBA National Officers under the New Constitution and in the meantime, run and manage  the Affairs of our great Association, GCLOBA, over a 6-month period, I have taken the initiative of  presenting the VIRTUAL GIC SECRETARIAT, for effective communications between GIC  [from the virtual Office of the Secretary] and the entire members of GCLOBA both in and outside Nigeria and the BOT.

Through the GIC Virtual Secretariat, effective communication and interactive exchanges can most effectively take place, by virtue of which the GIC may expediently carry out its assignments within the 6-month tenure granted the GIC by the Association at its last virtual AGM.

I accordingly welcome you all to the VIRTUAL GIC SECRETARIAT.

Under the VIRTUAL GIC SECRETARIAT, we have a number of VIRTUAL CHANNELS. MORE INFORMATION IS PROVIDED BELOW.
