To take care of mental health, we must recognising 2R, which is reconceptualize on how people thinks and talks. Besides that, to review surrouding in general. A good mental health is when we have good self-esteem, can manage emotions and able to be an open minded person to change for ourselves. There are so many types of mental illness such as depression, self harming behavior and suicide. There are 5 types to keep on the mental health in a good condition:

1. Remind ourself
2. Take a deep breath
3. Use words to remind ourselves
4. Ask for help
