I live in Barranquilla, the capital of Atlántico, in my own house with a terrace and parking space. I share my house with my wife and our two children. Our house is located in a colorful neighborhood called La Ciudadela, which is very close to the impressive Romelio Martinez Stadium. The neighborhood has narrow and paved streets adorned with numerous trees, creating a pleasant environment. Additionally, there is a park where children can play freely and enjoy their time.

I usually wake up at 6 am when I'm on break at home, at 4 am if I'm in the mine. When I'm at the rest house, I have breakfast at 7 am. If I'm in the mine, I have breakfast at 5:30 am. I enjoy having green plantain patacones with coastal cheese for breakfast. When I'm at the mine, the company provides routes from the camps to the mine workshops. During my break, I usually don't have lunch. If I'm in the mine, I have lunch at 12:30 pm. Lunch in the mine is always a surprise; it could be rice or meat. My work shift consists of 4 days of day shift and 4 days of night shift, so I go home every 8 days. This means I can arrive home at either 6 am or 6 pm. After work, when I arrive home, I have dinner and then spend time talking with my family before working on university tasks. For dinner, I usually eat fruits and vegetables. I usually go to bed at 10 pm, unless I have pending university work. On my days off, I go out with my family to have fun. I have always been very interested in English, and I practice and study it.

The typical food in my city is the mouthwatering "Butifarra Soledeña" and the delicious "Egg Arepa."

The main celebrations in my city are the Carnival of Barranquilla, the birthday of the city, and Barranquijazz. During these celebrations, people take to the streets, dance to African music and lively salsa, and enjoy the diverse food and beverage stalls.
