Facilitator of learning has a role to overview in detail what is happening to each student and as a whole gruop. A facilitator is that one that looks for what are the interst of the students and gives the steering so a new road can be part of the learning. Years ago I started teaching in Educare School and I was trainned to switch to a facilitator and I did became more in to searching, observing, paying attention to comments and ideas from students and giving the chance to have students tell me what they were intereste in and I would adapt or adopt my content to what the topic of the week was and if it was interested we would go deeper as much as we wanted.
