2. Teachers need to be able to differentiate their instruction to support and challenge students with dyslexia as well as tend to the needs of the others students in the classroom. 
3. The teacher of a student with dyslexia must understand and be able to work with RTI or the Multi Tiered Support System. 2. Annotating and questioning within text. This reading practice I would use so that students are interacting with the reading and being engaged rather than being passive. This will help with reading comprehension.
3. Mixing opportunities to speak, listen, read, and write within sessions to improve the student's application of skills. This allows students who are having a hard time with literacy and reading to show their abilities in more than just one conventional way.
