It is said that the origin of Madurese chicken satay began with Arya Panoleh, the ruler of Sumenep, East Java, who visited the house of his brother, Batara Katong, the ruler of Ponorogo. At that time, Arya Panoleh wore an all-black warok outfit and a striped t-shirt typical of Madurese people.

At his brother's place, Arya Panoleh was served food based on spiced meat skewered on a stick, but Arya Panoleh refused because the taste did not suit his tongue. Chicken Satay is one of the most popular food in Indonesia. This food is very easy to find in all over Indonesia. It has a great philosophy. The philosophy of Madura's special chicken satay is to unite every element and unite them into one. Skewering the meat into one can be said to unite various elements as one whole. Satay is a very familiar dish for the Madurese people.

Satay ingredients:

4 chicken thigh fillets, remove the meat and set aside the skin 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce 1 tablespoon cooking oil 22 satay skewers Peanut sauce ingredients: 200 grams of peanuts in skin, roasted, mashed 3 curly red chilies, fried 4 candlenuts, fried 2 large red chilies, fried 3 tablespoons combed brown sugar 1 teaspoon salt 500 ml hot water

Additional ingredients: 4 rice cakes 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce 3 limes 2 tablespoons fried shallots for sprinkling Sauce ingredients (mashed): 15 red cayenne peppers, boiled 4 curly red chilies, boiled 1/4 teaspoon salt

How to make Madurese Chicken Satay:

1. Make the peanut sauce first. Puree the peanuts, curly red chilies, candlenuts, large red chilies, brown sugar, and salt. Pour in water. Cook until cooked and thick.

2. Take 150 grams of peanut sauce, sweet soy sauce, and cooking oil. Mix well. Dip the chicken in it. Coat it evenly.

3. Thread the chicken on a skewer. Grill until half cooked. Coat it again with the peanut mixture. Grill again until cooked.

4. Continue making the sauce, blend the chilies. Add salt. Mix well.

5. Serve the satay with peanut sauce, accompaniments, and the sauce.

The dish has roots in Chinese cuisine and was popularized in the 1970s by a street vendor named Seman, who combined meatballs and tofu in a unique way. Batagor is often enjoyed with sweet soy sauce and lime juice for added flavor.

For the Dumplings:

• 200g fish filet (like mackerel or tuna)

• 100g tapioca starch

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 egg

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 4 pieces of firm tofu, cut into triangles

For the Peanut Sauce:

• 200g roasted peanuts

• 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

• 2 tablespoons lime juice

• 2 cloves garlic

• 1-2 red chilies (adjust to taste)

• Water to adjust consistency

• Salt to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Dumplings:

1. Blend the Sauce Ingredients: In a blender, combine roasted peanuts, sweet soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, chilies, and a bit of water. Blend until smooth. Adjust with more water for a thinner consistency if needed.

Serve:

1. Cut the fried tofu into smaller pieces and serve with the peanut sauce drizzled on top or on the side. Optionally, garnish with sliced cucumbers and fried shallots.

How to make nasi goreng? First, prepare rice. Heat some oil in a wok and sauté chopped shallots and garlic until it smells delicious. Next, add your choice of protein—like chicken, shrimp, or tofu, and some vegetables. Once cooked through, mix in the rice, breaking up any lumps, and pour in a generous splash of sweet soy sauce (kecap manis) along with a bit of regular soy sauce. 1 kg beef.

* 1 liter of thick coconut milk from 3 coconuts (first squeeze without water).

* 550 grams of grated coconut, roasted until brown.

* 5 bay leaves.

* 1 turmeric leaf.

* 10 lime leaves.

* 5 lemongrass stalks.

* 1/2 cinnamon stick.

* 3 cloves.

* 2 tsp salt.

* 1 mace flower.

Ground spices:

* 65 grams of garlic.

* 125 grams of shallots.

* 15 grams of turmeric.

* 35 grams of ginger.

* 75 grams galangal.

how to make rendang:

Soto was first known on the north coast of Central Java in the 19th century. Some historians argue that soto was brought by Chinese or Arab traders, while others argue that soto is a native Indonesian dish.

Soto was originally made from cow, buffalo or pork offal, but because offal was considered dirty, the use of offal changed to chicken, beef or buffalo meat.

Ingredients:

-1 chicken, cut into 4 parts

-2 liters of water

-2 stalks of lemongrass, bruised

-3 bay leaves

-4 lime leaves

-1 cm ginger, crushed

-4 cloves of garlic, crushed

-6 shallot cloves, puree

-2 tablespoons oil for frying

How to cook:

Boil Chicken: Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the chicken and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked. Remove the chicken and strain the broth. Save the broth.

Saute Spices: Heat oil in a frying pan, saute shallots and garlic until fragrant. Add ginger, lemongrass, bay leaves, lime leaves and turmeric. Saute until the spices are cooked.

Add the Chicken: Add the boiled chicken to the pan with the spices. Stir well.

Cook the Stock: Add the strained stock to the pot. Let it boil and the flavors to infuse. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare Serving: In a bowl, place the rice noodles, chicken pieces, boiled eggs, green onions, and celery. Drizzle with soto sauce.

Serve: Serve the chicken soup with crackers and chili sauce as a complement.

The name bakso originated from bak-so, the Hokkien pronunciation for "fluffy meat" or "minced meat". This suggests that bakso has Indonesian Chinese cuisine origin. It consists of rice noodles, beef broth, fried shallots, ground beef, tapioca and celery. This dish has a really warm philosophy behind it like simplicity, togetherness and local wisdom. The concept of togetherness can be seen in how bakso is usually served in a really big bowl that can be enjoyed together.

Ingredients to make bakso :

- 500 grams of beef, wash and cut into small pieces

- 12 ice cubes measuring 2x2 cm, around 100 grams

- 1 egg white

- 9 tbsp Tapioca flour

- 2 tsp fine salt

- 1 tsp ground pepper

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 tbsp garlic powder (you can use 4 pieces, fry them first)

- 2500 ml water

Soup/broth ingredients:

- 2000 ml water (leftover water from cooking meatballs)

- 12 pieces of garlic, crushed

- For the taste, prepare Sugar, salt and pepper

- 1 spring onion, thinly sliced

Steps to make bakso :

1. Prepare all the ingredients

2. Crush the ice cubes by putting them in plastic and then hitting them until they are smooth. (This is if you don't have an ice shaver, of course it's finer to use an ice shaver.)

3. Cut the meat into small pieces, then put it in a food processor until smooth, add the ice cubes little by little. Add the egg whites and process until smooth

4. Add tapioca flour, baking powder, garlic powder, pepper and salt, process again until well mixed and the texture of the mixture is like pasta

5. Bring the water to a boil, turn off the stove heat. Shape into balls with your hands (see picture) then with the help of a tablespoon, put the mixture into the boiling water. (so that the meatballs don't stick to the spoon, dip the spoon in water). Do this until the mixture is finished, turn on the stove to medium heat, wait for the meatballs to float. Lift

6. Then put it in ice water. Lift and drain

7. For the broth. Saute the crushed garlic until fragrant, then add it to the water left over from boiling the meatballs (it's better to mix the sauce with the boiled bones), add salt and pepper. let it boil, add the spring onions. Remove and ready to be used as meatball broth

Hypothesis: You can make cheese with milk. Then, can you make cheese with chocolate milk?

Experimental Method: First, make cheese with milk. After that, try to make cheese with chocolate milk in a similar way.

Experimental ingredients:milk, chocolate milk, salt, lemon juice, sugar, vinegar, paper cups, pot, sieve strainer, cotton cloth

Experimental process:(milk)

1. Put 4 cups of milk in a pot using a paper cup.

2. Boil it.

3. When bubbles start to form around the milk just as it begins to boil, add 2 tablespoons of vinegar.

(Use lemon juice instead of vinegar)

4. Stir well and boil for 1-2 minutes.

5. As the milk clumps together, when a little bit of water starts to form, turn off the fire.

6. Lay a cotton cloth on a sieve and add coagulated milk,

7. Wait for 10-15 minutes until it's drained, and when it's opened, it's done!

-Course (Chocolate Milk)

1. Put 250ml of chocolate milk in a pot over low heat
