         <description><![CDATA[<p>How do babies communicate? </p><p>They can understand when we are talking to them 6 month to 12 months. They cant express their feelings they cry and get fussy when they’re hungry, when they need a diaper change. </p><p><br/></p><p>They smile and make an expression when we are talking to them and aqak them. Sometimes we know that when babies are hungry or when they’re getting tired. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>How do toddler communicate? </p><p>Some toddler are able to talk full sentences. </p><p>Toddlers they can tell us a stories, they asked when they need a drink, or what they want to do.          <description><![CDATA[<p>We communicate with toddlers by asking them what they what or what they want to do. Not all the toddlers can talk properly, some toddlers take awhile to learn some words for example my 9 year old daughter learnt pretty quick when she was a baby/toddler.
