Great manners! &nbsp;<br>5. Obvious trust.&nbsp;<br>6. Loved the Google Form (closure).&nbsp;<br>7. High collaboration&nbsp;<br>8. Loved that kids were outside.&nbsp;<br>9. Nice graphics for different stations.&nbsp;<br>10. We see 100% engagement. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We noticed that the 5th grade role was more of a teaching role than a facilitator role. (actually teaching in a small group setting, rather than directing)<br>We noticed he did a lot of procedural teaching, everything was very clear. &nbsp;<br>We noticed he used "3 before me" so students were more responsible for their learning. &nbsp;<br>We wonder how far into the school year he was (seemed really comfortable in this role).</div>]]></description>
