This Video Clip is also from a trusted news site and dives into the market "bubble" and how people are anticipating its "pop"  it goes in depth about the Toronto and the GTAs housing over the pandemic years. the pandemic definitely rose inflation with everything being so hard to get lately such as food and materials to build the houses and other interesting topics about how the pandemic was behind a lot of todays inflation.

This Video is about a group of Ontario residents who bought pre construction homes in Brampton right before the real estate market went crazy after covid. these residents  who were  scrambling to make and close deals on their properties and struggling immensely. it is a very unfortunate situation that they bought just before the housing market downturn which hindered their plans and shows how fast inflation can rise and if your not prepared it can affect you when buying and selling.
