         <description><![CDATA[<div>It has been a known fact the global pandemic has affected the condition of trade adversely including health. Since, from the end of each country, a global lockdown and strict regulations have been made to reduce the spread of the virus, the export market has seen a major recession. From the given case study, it has been found that both intra and global Commonwealth trade have been affected. Both types of trade are boosted with the help of Foreign Direct Investment.&nbsp; As per the case study, it has been found that FDI has also faced a considerable hit during the pandemic.&nbsp; Although the global pandemic has affected all types of economic conditions, vulnerable economic nations have been the major concerns of the stated association. In terms of bringing equality, prosperity and democracy, it has been a bigger challenge for the Commonwealth group.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

Where international trade policies promote trade and interest amongst members involved in the Commonwealth group. On the other hand, with the initiative of the hub and spoken program the association effectively sends trade advisors to the government ministries for boosting the economy of Africa, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) group of countries.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Everything has got affected from economy to health care system, employment ratios. Not only in the traditional way but have members of this group also conducted trade digitally. In this reference, it needs to be mentioned that, before the hit of the pandemic was growing effectively as it was strong. However, most of the trade operations used to be conducted between developed countries. Asian members have also been part of the same, however, building the bridge of digital trade and the network was overlooked. In terms of vulnerable economies have been facing huge issues and any more avoidance any least developed countries and sub-Saharan Africa will be lost a decade.&nbsp;</div><div>To help them for getting recovered Commonwealth group has included relevant agenda in the 2030 Sustainable Development goals. According to The Commonwealth (2021), due to the pandemic, both the global and intra trade have faced huge losses. Almost a figure of 345billion USD loss has been there in the Commonwealth trade. Specifically, in the intra-trade, the loss has been 60 billion USD. From the above picture, it can be seen that the UK trade with Commonwealth has been less than in other previous years. Therefore, to recover from the concerned situation the Commonwealth association has decided to focus on the development of digital trade. As per the report of <strong><em>Commonwealth Trade Review</em></strong>, it has been found that the involved countries in the association have gone through forgone in the GDP of 1.15 trillion USD collectively.&nbsp;</div><div>Although, this association believes that there are various opportunities. As mentioned by The Commonwealth (2021), concerned members can effectively focus on the developments since they will be provided <strong><em>Commonwealth advantage </em></strong>to support recovery. In this context, it has been found that small cities, LCDs and regions like sub-Saharan Africa have been most affected, thus, they will be this facility. A constant increase in the development and usage of ICTs during the Covid-19 has accelerated the pace of digital trade. Considering the same Commonwealth association has stepped forward in digital trading effectively.</div><div>Since the Commonwealth association has been developed to promote democracy and peace amongst countries, it has been found that it has been trying to support all the countries to the receiver from the foregone in the GDP. According to the Commonwealth (2021), the least developed countries and vulnerable countries can obtain a commonwealth advantage. As per the definition of by the association itself, with the assistance of the advantage member countries or states have the leverage to perform trade 20% more with those countries who are not members of the association. Additionally, it also needs to be mentioned that these members can conduct the business at 21% lower costs on average (The Commonwealth, 2021).&nbsp;</div><div>The major prospects of trade recovery of Commonwealth associations are to support all the member countries to help and boost their economies after the pandemic period.&nbsp; Additionally, it also needs to be mentioned that the primary objective of the trade recovery is to create better trade opportunities for each country involved in the association. The rapid speed of digital trade with digital technologies and rules for underpinning global trade in goods and services are some other prospects of trade recovery.</div>]]></description>
