The text states, "Each of us has the ability to make every situation interesting." This evidence shows that we can control our brain and boredom. Additionally, the text also states, "All we need to do is change the way we look at it." This evidence shows that we have control of our brain to change the way how we look at things.

The central idea is supported by the text. It states in the text " In this view the harder we try to constantly entertain ourselves the more bored we're likely to become". This shows that that can control our boredom. In the text it also states " The future of fun is not only to be found in the latest game, gadgets, and gizmo's, it's found inside of us too". This shows people control their boredom. The central idea supports the text and shows that you can control your boredom.

The central idea is supported in the text called "Fun 101 [aka How to escape boredom]" and the reason for that is because people can control their boredom throughout the article. In the article paragraph 60 it states "hard as it may be to hear- boring lessons aren't only the fault of your teacher or the subject, they're your fault too." this explain the concept of that we could control of our boredom. another text explain about it is in paragraph 61 and it states "Each of us has the ability to make every situation interesting; all we need to do is change the way we look at it and our attention system-our tractor beam-will do the rest." This really explain the central idea because it shows how we can control boredom from thinking something interesting stuff in the boring stuff. This really supported the central idea in the text called "Fun 101 [aka How to escape boredom]".

The author explains, that, "boring lessons aren't only the fault of your teacher of subject, they're your fault too, boredom doesn't exist out there; it exists in here-inside your brain. This evidence supports the idea that, we have the ability to control boredom. In addition, the Author also states, "Each of us has the ability to make every situation interesting; all we need to do is change the way we look at it, and our attention system -our tractor beam-will do the rest. This evidence from the article also states, that we have the ability to control boredom through our brain or actions so we can make the situation interesting. This is how the central idea that people have the ability to control their boredom is provided in the passage.

In the text it states that " Boredom doesn't exit out there; it exits in here-inside your brain". This evidence states that your the one that's in control of when your bored. The brain tell you what to do and you prosed with it. Another evidence that supports the claim is "Each of us has the ability to make every situation interesting; all we need to do is change the way we look at it , and our attention system-our traitor beam-will do our best". This evidence shows that we can set our self to stop being bored in class or just stuff we find boring .

People having the ability to control their boredom is the central idea that is supported throughout the article. For example, the text states 'Each of us has the ability to make every situation interesting; all we need to do is change the way we look at it '' this example shows how with the perspective of our minds and how we perceive things, we can find daily situations interesting or fun. Another example is in the text, it states ''Boredom doesn't exist out there, it exists in here, inside your brain.'' This example shows how boredom is not from the content that's presented to you, it comes from what you find interesting, the boredom comes from the head, and you have the ability to control it. In conclusion, the central idea being supported throughout the article is that people have the ability to control their boredom.

The central idea that is supported throughout the article is that people have control over their boredom. The article explains that boredom is a cause of not just boring situations but us. To further show this the text states, "Boring lessons aren't only the fault of your teacher or the subject, they're your fault too. Each of us has the ability to make every situation interesting;" This shows that not only are we causing our boredom, we also have the ability to change our point of view to make the situation more interesting. The text also states that boredom doesn't actually exist and only exists inside our brains. To again further elaborate the text states, "When we're bored we blame the world around us, but Eastwood's theory challenges this assumption: Boredom doesn't exist out there; it exists in here-inside your brain." This evidence shows that the world isn't the one causing boredom but instead boredom only exists in our brains. To conclude, the theme that is supported throughout is that we have control of our boredom and how we can change what we think is boring and make it more interesting and just let our brain do the rest.
