Is Killing a crime?
Killing is the legal term for any other person killing a person. Homicide itself is not necessarily a crime. For example, the police have a legitimate reason to kill a suspect or kill in self-defense. Murder and manslaughter are crimes of illegal homicide.

Weakness- Crime Stoppers was designed to help overcome the fear of reprisal and/or apathy that people feel in providing information about crimes. Anonymity overcomes fear. The possibility of a cash reward overcomes apathy. But nevertheless not all reported cases about crimes are being solved. This means that if you give information about any situation being crime, the wanted person cannot be captured and detained at that instance, it takes some time. At the end of the day not all the time you will be rewarded especially if the wanted criminal has not been detained.

Strength- The police are usually polite, professional and will do their best to help. Most Belizeans are very keen on the welfare of tourists from the country. In an emergency, bystanders or people in the area are likely to be happy to help and usually do their best to provide any possible help.

Weakness- This will not be an evidence that the current criminal act will be depleted or firmly activated. It has some difficulty to make sure that the information given is outstanding and helpful to be able to direct the case as follows. Not all persons having trouble and those who are placed in a situation whereby your life is at risk, rapidly dial to that emergency program to help you at the right moment.
